All tents are the property of Norfolk Camping Holidays Ltd.
It is essential that before booking a tent with us you that you have booked a pitch with a campsite we service.
We will erect your tent no later than 30 minutes from the earliest arrival time of your chosen site.
A full refund will be given for cancellations which are made a week or longer from the date of commencement of hire. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations between 2 x days and a week before commencement of hire. No refunds will be given for very short notice (48 hours or less) cancellations.
