Norfolk Camping Holidays Ltd are a tent hire business and our fees (payable directly to us) are purely for tent hire and do not include campsite fees,

Before booking a tent with us ensure you that you have booked a pitch with a campsite we service (payable to campsite) and booked for the correct number of people.

For 3 or more campers we do not recommend the use of our tents. Although they are classed as 3 person they will be "very snug indeed" leaving little space of luggage.

They are ample for couples or extremely spacious for solo travellers,

It is your responsibility to book the correct pitch size. Most of the sites we work with the tent will be classed as a small / medium tent. 

The tent size including extended guy ropes we use is (just under) 4m x 4m.

All tents are the property of Norfolk Camping Holidays Ltd.

As a new business we wish to offer the best service at the most competitive price. As such we do not ask for a deposit and operate largely on trust. 

Instances of theft or wilful damage to our property will be reported to the Police.

Tents hired comply with BS EN ISO 5912:2020.

The £5 minimum charge on cancellations are to cover bank fees we incur for processing the payment and the refund.

Shorter notice cancellations are not refunded in full, please see our refund policy for further information.

No pets. Although some of the sites we hire to allow for dogs / other pets we do not for the purpose of hiring our tents.

Tents will be thoroughly cleaned,  inspected and (if needed) repaired or replaced between hires. Please let us know if you have any allergies to any cleaning products.

Clear instructions on where to find your tent will either be communicated directly to you or instructions will be left on the site for when you book in.

You must adhere to the relevant sites booking in and checking out policies.

We will endeavour to have your tent pitched within one hour of the earliest check-in time.

Any problems with the tent is the responsibility of Norfolk Camping Holidays Ltd and issues need to be taken up with ourselves to rectify rather than the campsite.
